Are you looking for a way to stay active, build strength, and improve your flexibility without the need for intense workouts or complicated routines? Whether you’re recovering from an injury, experiencing limited mobility, or just looking for a gentler way to stay fit, our new Chair Yoga and Exercise Class is designed with you in mind.
What is Chair Yoga?
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while seated in a chair or using a chair for support. It adapts traditional yoga poses to make them accessible for people who may not feel comfortable or able to practice yoga on a mat.

Where? – Elmtree Community Centre, Elmtree Avenue, Stockton-on-Tees TS19 0UW
When? – Wednesdays, 10:30-11:30am
1st session free – then £5.00 a session, pay as you go.
How to book? – Simply email, text, whatsapp or ring us. info@amalateesside.com / 07774600440 – or simply turn up 10 minutes early to complete a health registration form. Best to give us a bell or a text to check class is on before turning up, just incase the teacher is away.
