Our Community Outreach

We offer Community Funded Spaces in our classes, as well as running funded courses for local councils, charities and organisations. We work collaboratively with Social Prescribers and Link Workers, to support people who are motivated to improve their physical well-being, but may have socioeconomic barriers to attending classes.

These yoga classes are so energizing. I enjoy the fact that the classes go through poses that are accessible for everyone with options for modifications if to make the poses easier or harder as needed.
