I joined Aimee’s group class, it had people of mixed abilities. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and friendly and Aimee offers varying techniques and challenges depending on your own level. Aimee’s a fantastic teacher, I joined as I wanted to add something different to my exercise routine other than lifting weights and found Yoga with Aimee has been more than just a bit of cardio and stretching, it’s a wholistic lesson in yoga, mindfulness and meditation with a group of helpful likeminded people. After a few weeks of lessons and continuing to practise at home, I’ve found my lower back pain and sciatica symptoms to be getting better due to the gentle stretches and poses.
