Tai Chi does not mean Oriental wisdom or something exotic. It is the wisdom of your own senses, your own mind and body as one process.Chungliang Al Huang

Meditation in Motion.
Tai Chi is a graceful exercise and meditation system. Classed as an ancient Chinese Martial Art, Tai Chi is non-competitive and marries movement with breath, flowing into each movement without pause.
Due to its flowing, gentle nature and being low impact, it is suitable for all ages and abilities.
In a session we cover standing meditation, Qi-Gong (freeing joints) and learning Tai Chi Chuan Form.
Our classes are friendly, fun, inclusive and have a sense of comradery.

This sounds like a great class. Unfortunately, I’m too far to join 😉
sounds like an amazing class to join! I wish I could join but I live too far away
When I was getting ready for a marathon in the past, I would cross-train by doing things like Pilates and Tai Chi. It was incredible! Would love to be part of this!
This is interesting. I haven’t really tried attending a tai chi class but I think I can benefit from it. Thank you for sharing this. Learned something new today. How we wish we live nearby so we can attend your classes.
What a coincidence I was thinking about looking into tai-chi the other day. I love that it’s low impact and good for stress and anxiety.
I have been doing Tai Chi for a long time and it is a great way to strengthen the body and mind.
I checked out the article you shared on Tai Chi and I found it to be very informative and engaging. The way the benefits of Tai Chi were explained was particularly interesting, and the images used to illustrate the movements were helpful as well. I appreciate you sharing this resource!
Tai Chi is something i am yet to try and I often see people practicing it in local parks during my own walks there in the weekends.. it is so calming simply to watch them practice itself
