Join Aimee for a Private Yoga or Meditation Lesson, either from the comfort of your home VIA zoom or in her private Yoga Studio.

There are many benefits to one-on-one lessons. Private lessons allow you to work and develop in areas important to you and tailor your Yoga, Chair Yoga and Exercise or Meditation experience, so you get the most out of your sessions. There is scope to go deeper in your Yoga and Meditation practice and focus on alignment and postural practice in a way that would not be accessible in community classes.

They are a brilliant way to start to learn more philosophy and deepen your practice.

– Chair Yoga and Exercise (Especially how to use equipment safely from home)
– Gentle Yoga/ Gentle Yoga Flow
– Beginners and Intermediate Hatha Yoga
– Beginners Ashtanga Yoga
– Meditation and Relaxation
– Yoga Philosophy

All private lessons come with home plans to encourage you to deepen your practice at home.


£30.00 a session. – Block bookings of four lessons £100 (£25.00 a session).
