Linthorpe Classes
£20.00 for a 4 week course.

– Class Information –

AMALAwellness’ aim is to deliver yoga classes to aid with over-all wellbeing. We focus on gentle exercises and relaxation/meditation techniques as well as quality of life and over-all health (both mental and physical). Classes are suitable for both beginners and improvers with differentiated intermediate and advanced postures offered for progression.

Our Monday classes run as courses.

Course – The Holy Name of Mary Church Hall, Linthorpe, Middlesbrough TS5 6QT 9:15-10:15am (With Anqi)

Course – St Augustines Church Hall, Kirkby, Teesside.
8:00-9:00pm (With Claire)


Friday’s class has a special focus on meditation and relaxation practice at the end of class.

Gentle Hatha Yoga & Meditation – St Mary’s Church Hall, Nunthorpe. 9:30-11:00am (With Aimee)
