Pricing – Our gentle Chair Yoga and Exercise classes in Linthorpe are £3.00 a session.

Our Keep Moving Teesside! Chair Yoga and Exercise classes classes in Ingleby Barwick, Norton and Nunthorpe are £5.00 a session.


First class is ALWAYS on the house!

Classes in North Ormesby are fully funded and free for participants to attend.

We offer A combination of Mindfulness Meditation, Chair Based Yoga and Exercise, to offer a class that will help aid both physical and mental wellbeing.

Exercises can be done seated, with chair support of free standing. All abilities are welcome.

We use exercise bands and balls in class to help build strength and improve mobility and flexibility.

Mondays – The Glebe Community Centre, Norton. 3:15-4:15pm.

Monday Mornings – North Ormesby Community Hall – 10:30-11:30am.

Monday Afternoons – St Augustine’s Church Hall, Kirkby, Great Broughton. 1:30-2:30pm.


Wednesdays – St Mary’s Church Hall, Nunthorpe. 1:30-2:30pm.

Thursdays – Holy Name of Mary Church Hall, Linthorpe. 1:30-2:30pm.

Fridays – The Rings Community Hub, Ingleby Barwick. 1:30-2:30pm.
