1. What a great range of classes, I do love that you can do a 1 on 1 session as well as virtual as this will help a lot of people struggling with getting back to normality

  4. Oh my goodness, I had never even thought of virtual yoga, what an amazing idea. I have been looking at starting yoga and this would make so much sense for me
