Yoga, meditation and Move it or Lose it! classes are available online and in-person.

For AMALAwellness’ Community Yoga Classes, we offer 23% discount for block bookings (either 4 or 5 lessons dependent on how many weeks are in the month).

For example – for a month where there are 4 Mondays, a booking would be £20.00 for the month, if there are 5 Mondays it would be £25.00 for the block booking.

In-person Community Yoga Classes (Per hour and a half class) –
£20/£25 for a monthly block booking (23% discount)
£6.50 for drop in or single lessons

Community Move it or Lose it Classes (Per hour class) –
£5.00 per class – block bookings available to secure places.

Online Community Move it or Lose it Classes –
£3.50 for a block of 4 or 5 lessons (£14.00/ £17.50)
£4.00 for a drop in or single lesson
1st lesson is free!

Charity Morning Workshops –
Donation based, recommended minimum donation £7.00

Private Lessons –
£80.00 for a block of 4 lessons (£20.00 a lesson)
£25.00 for a single booking

  1. What a great range of classes, I do love that you can do a 1 on 1 session as well as virtual as this will help a lot of people struggling with getting back to normality
