Keep Moving Teesside! – Chair Based Yoga & exercise classes – Classes can be done seated, with chair support or free standing. We focus on flexibility, mobility, aerobic fitness, balance and strength every lesson. Lessons are really social and fun and accessible to anyone!

What a great range of classes, I do love that you can do a 1 on 1 session as well as virtual as this will help a lot of people struggling with getting back to normality
