Our inclusive class is accessible to all. Sessions offers an opportunity to improve your physical health and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Our classes can be done seated, standing with chair support, or free-standing. Our classes are welcome to all – wheel chair, mobility scooter and walker friendly.

The class takes place every Monday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 am, allowing you to start your week with vitality and mindfulness. Whether you are a beginner or have previous chair yoga experience, you’ll find this class rewarding.

Our Chair Yoga and Exercise class is fully funded, thanks to the generosity of our funders ‘You’ve Got This’ supported by MFC Foundation. This means that participants can enjoy the benefits of this holistic activity without any cost. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to enhance their health and quality of life, regardless of their financial circumstances.

Our classes also offer a chance to connect with a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are on a similar wellness journey.

On the 2nd Monday of every month, we organize Cafe AMALA sessions at the North Ormesby Community Hub. These sessions provide a wonderful opportunity to meet with our dedicated teachers and fellow class members over a cup of tea or coffee. It’s a relaxed and friendly environment where you can catch up on the latest news, share your experiences, and build connections with like-minded individuals.

Cafe AMALA is not just about socializing; it’s also about fostering a sense of belonging and community. We understand how important it is to have a support system when pursuing personal growth and wellness. Our monthly gatherings allow you to connect with individuals who are on a similar journey to lead happier and healthier lives.
