  1. My friend has been doing yoga and it’s had an amazing effect on her. I’ve been considering taking it up although I’m finding it difficult to find time to do so. Deep relaxation sounds ideal for me!!!

  2. I need to get back into doing yoga, it helps my back and hips so much. Thanks for all of this great information!

  3. It is great that you are offering the first lesson free of charge. I have tried yoga before but I wasn’t comfortable in the class, I felt it was too advanced for me so I didn’t pursue. I like that you are offering classes for beginners but for advanced as well.

  4. I’ve just started up yoga . Love the beginners groups as I didn’t feel so much on a sore thumb as I did with the other classes I joined 🙂

  5. I do yoga every once in a while and each time I do it, I feel like I have done myself – body and mind – some good.. so wonderful you are offering so many options to people

  6. I love yoga. It’s something I make a point of doing, especially during lockdowns. If I lived in Middlesbrough, I would absolutely attend these sessions!

  7. This looks like a wonderful opportunity. If I was near there I would absolutely join. Thank you for sharing. I hope many people take advantage of this great opportunity.

  8. I used to do yoga years ago, and your post reminds me that I should do it again. It is good for my health and overall well-being.
