Our Women’s Meditation & Relaxation group is a supportive environment to learn all the tools you need to empower you to move from a state of “Fight or Flight” to a calmer & more peaceful mindset.
Enjoy an hour to relax alongside other friendly & like-minded women & take home strategies to practice, ensuring you feel able to deal calmly with life through the week.

Pricing: 1st 6 weeks of lessons fully funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
After, a block of 6 lessons is £18.00 (£3.00 a session, non-refundable or transferrable).
