I really wish I was in your area, because this sounds amazing! Yoga is so great for posture and mental health. As someone with chronic pain, having a good yoga instructor is crucial.

I absolutely LOVE yoga and do enjoy every day. I find this practice the best if it is held daily. It is also a great place to find like minded people and connect during the in-person classes. It’s awesome you have several options there
