I am a huge fan of yoga and I am always glad it is loved everywhere. Yoga is SO much and offers a lot. I am absolutely smitten how it brings people together and accommodate any need. Gentle practice is important as well
Great idea to join Gentle Yoga Classes with a wholesome fitness goal.
Your Yoga classes look really helpful and good to all. I wish I could join too. All the best.
I need to get back into yoga. It’s a great way to decompress and feel good after. Thanks for sharing this yoga class.
Ah, this post makes me miss yoga so much. I quit a couple of years ago and do not have the courage to pick it up again. After all those years, I feel so stiff 😉
I love Yoga and meditation. My family and I practice regularly. I love that this is a gentle introduction to Yoga because some people think that you need to be super fit or flexible to experience the benefits.
These classes looks really fun to do and really easy for any ages. Of course, it is also great for the body too!
I love gentle yoga! It’s great for my back!
