A very quaint and special bookshop – with a cafe inside. The cafe serves a range of gluten-free treats, from Orange Polenta Cake to Brownies. Dog friendly, and seating inside and out. Definitely worth a visit. Really friendly staff too.

The Pooley Bridge Inn offers variety of gluten-free food options. Offering gluten-free burgers to freshly prepared salads and desserts, there’s something for everyone. The food is really good quality and the service is great. It gets really busy, so would recommend booking ahead through their website.

The Sun Inn offers variety of gluten-free pizzas, as well as some smaller plate options. Think your typical pub grub. We sat outside to eat our food – service was good, with a number given to you at the bar after ordering.
