You can expect a warm welcome from Philip, an enthusiastic & experienced yoga teacher. He’ll guide you through a energising hour of accessible seated & standing postures designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and develop inner peace.

This cosy hall in the heart of the community provides a great place to connect with like-minded individuals and form new friendships, all while looking after your physical & mental health.
Philip will guide you gently through seated stretches, flowing standing postures & breathwork. You’ll be given plenty of ways to adapt each posture to suit you – the practice is focussed on what feels good for you. Poses include kneeling, lunges and coming to and from the floor from standing.

A 6 week course is £36.00 (£6.00 a session). Drop in’s welcome at £7.50.
