Experience in Yoga, Meditation & Gentle Exercise
I have travelled for many years around India, Thailand and Nepal practicing yoga and meditation. I have had a daily practice for over 4 years now and practice Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga as well as Hatha Yoga and Meditation.
I started teaching Gentle Yoga and Exercise in January 2019 and love working with students helping them be active and improving their physical and mental well-being. I also teach Chair Yoga, Meditation and Move it or Lose it exercise classes. I love teaching classes and working with students of all abilities.
I have a passion for all types of Yoga, primarily Ashtanga and Hatha.
Experience in practising Hatha / Hatha Vinyasa / Ashtanga / Kundalini styles of yoga
Studied & Practiced Mysore Ashtanga Yoga 2+ years under senior teachers (1 and a half years living and studying on Koh Phangan, Thailand).
Experience in Pranayama & meditation techniques
Experience teaching Hatha and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation and breathwork and beginners Yoga (1 year)
