What is Social Prescribing?

Our Community Fund Pot.

We work collaboratively with charities, organisations and Link workers across Middlesbrough and Stockton. We offer spaces to those who need it across Teesside with our ‘Pay It Forward‘ scheme and support from The National Lottery Community Fund, Sport England, UNLTD, Middlesbrough Council and Stockton Borough Council.

We help support a wide range of people across Teesside through Community Classes, including people:
- with one or more long-term conditions (Such as but not limited to COPD, Early on-set Dementia, Parkinsons and Multiple Sclerocis, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis)
- with joint and mobility problems
- who need support with mild-moderate low mood and anxiety
- who are isolated and lonely
