AMALAwellness offer affordable, accessible Gentle Yoga and Yoga & Meditation morning day-time classes in Teesside. Our experienced, knowledgeable and qualified teacher Aimee currently teaches in Linthorpe on a Monday Morning and Wednesday Evening, Nunthorpe on a Friday Morning and Norton on a Sunday Evening.

Philip, qualified and experienced in Dynamic, Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga, teaches Gentle Yoga in Ingleby Barwick.

If you are a beginner looking to start your Yoga Journey, or an intermediate practitioner looking to deepen your knowledge – our classes will be perfect for you.



Our teachers blend Yoga Philosophy, Science and Meditation techniques with Asana (Postural practice of Yoga) – giving practitioners a well rounded approach to the practice of Yoga.

Aimee is an experienced, knowledgeable and qualified Yoga, Meditation and Chair Yoga and Exercise teacher.

Aimee has spent time in India, Nepal and Thailand learning and studying Yoga and Meditation. Aimee teaches a popular Yoga and Meditation classes on a Monday morning in Linthorpe and Friday Morning in Nunthorpe.
