When registering for one of our Yoga, Tai Chi or Meditation classes – we require you to complete a Physical Activity Readiness (PARQ) form and to book sessions through BookWhen.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Using BookWhen to secure space in classes.

Passcode – AMALA2025

If your 1st lesson, a block booking of £6.00 will be offered using 2025amala as 1st class free offer. Please enter once to get the pass allocated. Only for new students.

1. Accessing Bookwhen

  • Open your web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
  • Go to the website: https://bookwhen.com/amalawellness
  • If you already have an account, click “Sign In” at the top right and enter your details.
  • If you don’t have an account yet, click “Sign Up” and create an account.

2. Finding Your Event or Class

  • Once logged in, you’ll see the main homepage.
  • Use the search bar or scroll through the calendar/list to find the event or class you’re interested in.
  • Click on the event title for more details, including time, date, and location. 

3. Booking a Place

  • After selecting your desired event:
    a. Click on “View details” or the booking button.
    b. Select Course Ticket, or select the number of tickets you need (if applicable for drop in’s).
    c. Fill in any required details (name, email, etc.).
  • Review your selection and proceed to the checkout process.

4. Completing the Payment (if required)

  • If payment is required, you will be prompted to enter your payment details securely.
  • Bookwhen accepts various payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).
  • You must click on paypal, then scroll to get to entering credit/debit option, you can pay without a PayPal account.
  • Please see below screen shots for the payment screen options. – circled is the option to pay VIA credit or debit card without the need for a PayPal account.
  • To pay without PayPayl account, click the PayPal link and an option will be available to pay without logging into PayPal. MUST SCROLL DOWN ON THE 2nd Screen to see the payment option, see images below.
  • Once payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

5. Managing Your Booking

  • To review or manage your bookings, go to “My Bookings” (usually found in your account menu).
  • From here, you can:
    • View booking details
    • Cancel or reschedule (if allowed by the organiser – please discuss this with us if needed)
    • Download tickets or receipts
