This unique opportunity, funded by The Allen Lane Foundation and supported by The National Lottery Community Fund, aims to promote physical, mental and social well-being through the practice of Yoga.
Yoga has been proven to reduce stress, enhance flexibility, improve posture, build strength, and increase overall fitness. Moreover, it can help cultivate inner peace, mindfulness and support mental and social wellbeing. Through the guidance of experienced instructors, you will learn various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, all of which will contribute to your overall wellness journey.
It is important to note that spaces for this fully funded program are limited, so it is advisable to secure your spot promptly. We encourage participants to choose only one location to ensure fair access to as many individuals as possible.
