We offer A combination of Mindfulness Meditation, Chair Based Yoga and Exercise, to offer a class that will help aid both physical and mental wellbeing.
In class we work on improving:
– Flexibility – Aerobic Fitness
-Mobility – Strength
Exercises can be done seated, with chair support of free standing.
We use exercise bands and exercise balls in class to help build strength and improve mobility and flexibility.
We also have a big focus on exercises to help improve both gait and balance in a fun, focused inclusive way.
All classes have a focus on music, moving along to the rhythm and working on strength and aerobic fitness, as well as flexibility and mobility.
They can be adapted to meet your needs with less repetitions or lower resistance.
Our Chair Based classes are accessible to anyone! Wheel chairs and walkers are welcome in our classes.
