6 week Gentle Yoga Flow Course – Kirkby, Great Broughton Stokesley Wednesday Evenings


Day & Time: Wednesday’s 6:00-7:10pm.

Pricing: £6.00 for a block booking (£36.00 for a 6 week block).

What the class entails: The class includes kneeling, inversions, seated, table top and standing postures. We also do some postures lying on the front or on the back. Classes begin and end with a short guided meditation and a final relaxation (Savasana) at the end.

Postural practice focuses on flexibility, balance and core strength.

We marry movement with breath, making the whole practice good for soothing the nervous system and helping to still the mind.


Beginners and Improvers Yoga Course in Kirkby, Great Broughton ( Stokesley ).

£36.00 for a 6 week course, or £7.50 drop in.

This class is suitable for all abilities and ages and welcomes beginners and improvers.

This class includes kneeling, sitting and table top postures. Postures are differentiated and taught where beginners and intermediate practitioners can develop their practice at their own level and pace.

Our classes are intertwined with science, philosophy, meditation and relaxation – with information and guidance to take your practice off the mat and into your life.

Classes are taught by Aimee who has spent time developing her practice in Rishikesh, Northern India and Koh Phangan, Thailand where she completed over 400 hours of Yoga Alliance Accredited teacher trainings. Aimee has also completed courses in Breathwork and Deep Relaxation and is a keen meditation practitioner. Aimee studies philosophy with teachers and independently also and always includes this as a thread in her classes.

Aimee is a keen Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga student, practicing daily with teachers and having an independent practice.
