Our Mission Aims
To inspire and motivate people across Teesside to independently look after their physical and mental wellbeing.
To bring together like-minded individuals, to make new friends and look after their health whilst being social and fun.
To motivate people so that they can stay independent, active and enjoy life.
Our Vision Objectives
By Winter 2023, we aim to have 20+ regular classes set up with a small team of likeminded teachers and support staff. We want to offer services over many different locations across Teesside.

Yoga for Beginners and improvers
Meditation and Relaxation
Keep Moving Teesside – Chair Based Yoga and Exercise, to begin with.
We plan to train and inspire likeminded teachers and work along organisations and charities. So that we can offer classes for all adults no matter what age, ability, or location in Teesside and beyond!
