Our Tai Chi class runs on a Monday Morning, 10:30-11:30am at The Ingleby Barwick Community Hall.

Meditation in Motion.

Tai Chi is a graceful exercise and meditation system. Classed as an ancient Chinese Martial Art, Tai Chi is non-competitive and marries movement with breath, flowing into each movement without pause.

Due to its flowing, gentle nature and being low impact, it is suitable for all ages and abilities.

In a session we cover standing meditation, Qi-Gong (freeing joints) and learning Tai Chi Chuan Form.

Our classes are friendly, fun, inclusive and have a sense of comradery.

If you have any concerns always check with the instructor and your doctor before attending classes.

What I love most about Tai Chi is its ability to bring peace to the mind and body. It helps in increasing focus, balance, and flexibility, and its benefits can be felt long after the session has ended.
